The lodge features two bedrooms: one double with an en-suite shower room and walk-in wardrobe, and the other with two single beds and a large fitted wardrobe. Both bedrooms have two bedside cabinets and dressing tables with drawers.

There is also a second shower room, which includes a washbasin and toilet.

The kitchen has a double gas hob (7 burners) with two ovens and a grill. It also has a freezer, a separate fridge, a microwave and a dishwasher all built in. The spacious lounge area boasts two new sofas, a new TV, a coffee table, and dining table with four chairs.

The lodge has LPG gas central heating and an electric fire in the lounge. The boiler was last serviced in April 2025 with the appropriate gas safety certificate issued for both the boiler and the gas cooker.

For safety, the lodge is equipped with two smoke alarms, two carbon monoxide monitors and the relevant fire safety equipment.

The sale includes all fixtures, fittings and furniture, such as rugs, crockery, cutlery, pans, a toaster, a kettle, table lamps, etc.
Additionally, there is an external table and four chairs for use on the decking area.

The exterior woodwork of the lodge was varnished last year and the decking has been reoiled annually, most recently in March of this year. The interior of the lodge was repainted last year.

Site fees for the entirety of 2025, until December, are paid.
